Design Build Services

Our extensive experience has allowed us to see about every variety of plans and buildings, and of course problems that come with thes proejcts. We can not only help you plan and engineer your proejct, but we can also create buiding modifications along the way during the construction process. 

Estimating & Scheduling Services

Estimating has always been one of the weakest links in the construction process. Loss of profit is the direct result of poor estimating practices.

We provide our members with an all-in-one platform as their back office support, which allows them to automatically turn accepted estimates into project budgets.

Pre-Construction Services

Our members provide significant value to project owners during pre-construction and there is a cost for those services. 

The PCRC (Piedmont Cotnractors Resource Center) works to facilitate agreements for pre-construction services on behalf of our members that are tied to a specific list of deliverables for a defined duration and set forth in a schedule of payments.

The members of the PCRC (Piedmont Contractors Resource Center) have direct access to experienced and professional construction and project management services that provides project owner(s) with the management of their projects cost, schedule, quality, safety, and scopes of work. 

Our proven delivery methodologies for for all projects, and have delivered many a successful project to their respective project owners. 

Project Modeling And Forecasting

The members of the PCRC (Piedmont Contractors Resource Center) has access to continuing education, and access to elite training; so that they know how to run a construction business, and effectively manage risk, and working capital in order to grow their businesses. 

We provide back-office project modeling and financial forecasting, so that a very close eye is maintained on "earned value" throughout each phase of the project. Cost baselining and cost variance models are consistently run in every lifecylcle of the project, and a very robust reporting mechanism allows all stakeholders the privelege of being well informed of the projects financial health.  

We are the leader in the capacity building, resource allocation and mangement; as well as business infrastructure support services.

We remain true to the principles upon which the PCRC (Piedmont Contractors Resource Center) were founded upon, and that is to provide for assistance in capacity building, business development, training and education, and resource allocation.

The state of the art technology-endabled facility acts a resource center that assists historically underutilized contractors and sub-contractors within the piedmont region of the southeast United States. 

Our programming has educated and prepared our members to effectifvely compete for prime contracting and sub-contracting opportunities in both the public sector and private sector, for small and large-scale projects.
